The main working principle of the paper bale baling machine is to generate pressure through a hydraulic system or a mechanical transmission system to compress loose paper into block or square paper bundles. The equipment usually includes feeding device, compression device, binding device and discharging device. The operation process is as follows:
Put the waste paper into the feeding device, and feed the paper into the compression device through a conveyor belt or manually.
The compression device compresses the paper under the action of the hydraulic system or mechanical transmission system to reduce its volume and increase its density.
When the paper bundle reaches the preset size and weight, the binding device will automatically tie the paper bundle firmly with iron wire or plastic tape.
Finally, the discharging device delivers the bundled paper bundles for subsequent transportation and storage.
